After booking, you will get an invite to our patient portal where you will complete and sign the new patient intake forms. Please note that booking for Spravato treatment works differently; it may take up to one week to process the  paperwork and receive the medication.

We accept most major insurance plans as well as self-pay and CareCredit. We do insurance verification and notify patients of their eligibility and responsibility prior to the appointment. Please contact us to check if we accept your plan.
